What Does This Mean?
Let me give you an example. You buy flooring at a big retail store. You get a great deal on the material and now it needs to be installed. They either assign you an installer from a list or they give you a list of installers. You get the flooring installed and everything seems fine. A few weeks/months later, the planks start curling or popping up.
Something is wrong, and you contact the store and they are going to tell you that it was an installation error and on the other side you may never hear from the installer again. You've lost any warranty. The money you saved on the material by going to a big chain store will not cover the stress that follows.

You see imperfection in a plank, we'll go to bat for you and contact the manufacturers and put in a claim if necessary. We are not the least expensive in town, nor are we the most.
